 0350. Command Module Reaction Control Engine
A finely machined metal/ceramic, fully functional Rocketdyne rocket motor that controlled the stability of the spacecraft (thrust/acceleration) while in orbit. This engine is complete including fuel inlet control assembly and electronic connector. It develops 90 lbs. of thrust using Hydrozine as a propellant plus Monomethyl Hydrazine (MMH) and Nitrogen Hydrazine (N204). This motor dates from the early 1960s and has been fired. Well used. There is a manufacturer's ID plate on the side. A similar item realized $1700 in Superior's October 1997 sale.
